What it does

Payment processors export more columns than QuickBooks bank imports need. This tool detects common date, description, gross, fee, net, and amount columns, then produces a clean three-column CSV.

Assumptions

For processor exports, fee rows are negative because they reduce the processor balance. For simple bank files, choose net amount only. Always review the preview before importing.
